Description: This award recognizes up to three utilities (large, medium, and small) that made significant improvements to the water system infrastructure, customer service, staff training, and/or operations to further protect public health of the customers it serves. Utilities cannot receive the award more than once in any three-year period. You can use this form or send a narrative with the same information on your letterhead with supportive documentation. The award is open to any member of NEWWA, with preference given to member utilities.
